Mingo and the Covered Bridge

I'd never seen a covered bridge before, so on my second day in Pittsburgh Lisa took me out in the snow to see one.

This is the Henry covered bridge in Mingo Park, with me standing next to it being dazzled by the icicles...Jamie and Lisa with our "anatomically correct" mini snowman, complete with deer shit eyes, a Cadbury's mini egg nose and my hat and gloves.

Lisa Marie! Jamie Lynne! Sally Grace!

Sally: "Let's make him happy for the picture..." Jamie: "That looks like my Uncle Pete in the mornings!" Lisa: "JAMIE LYNNE GALLAGHER!"...The river crossed by the covered bridge.

I'd never made a snow angel before so shortly before we left the park, I picked a thick-looking patch of snow and went for it. The results speak for themselves, really
