It was freezing...there were huge icicles and lots of snow...but it was still beautiful

It's NOT a tea cosy - it was hand knitted by a Polish babushka.

Sally, Jamie, Ray and Lisa...Lisa, Sally and Jamie...in one of the brief moments we managed to stop shivering for long enough to have our pictures taken!

I don't know whether the water was so green because it was so cold or whether it's always like that, but either way, it's pretty spectacular, huh?

At the end of the day, as we were leaving, the sun came out and lit the whole place up, and the air was full of rainbows. It was amazing! The land that the falls flow from is America, but we visited the Canadian side - after a lot of arguments with American immigration *mumble*
